At Vitalamp, we’re committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality and integrity of our research-driven supplements. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 365-day return policy — with important guidelines due to the consumable nature of our products.
Important Note on Consumables
Due to strict health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original, sealed packaging.
This includes:
- NMN Capsules
- Liposomal Supplements
- Any other ingestible or perishable items in our catalog
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for a return or refund. This ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it
- It must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@vitalamp.com with your order details and the reason for
your return.
If approved, we will provide:
• A return shipping label
• Clear instructions on where and how to return your item
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your product arrives
damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 3 business days so we can make it right.

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• Your order number
We’ll work swiftly to resolve the issue through replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance, the following items are non
returnable and non-refundable:
• Opened or used bottles of any supplement
• Personalized or customized items
• Perishable goods
• Personal care or wellness products
• Gift cards
• Final sale, clearance, or discounted items
• Hazardous materials, flammable substances, or gases
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you must:
1. Return your eligible item following the steps above
2. Place a new order for the desired item
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
To qualify, the item must be:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In its original packaging

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
• Your bank or card provider may require additional time
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you haven't
received your funds, please contact us at support@vitalamp.com.
