Our 90 Day Money Back Guarantee
Try Vitalamp for up to 90 days. If you are not satisfied, we refund the full amount you paid for your order, including bottles you have opened and used.
We would rather you know the conditions before you buy than discover them later. Here they are in plain words:
- Take one capsule every day, as directed on the label, for at least 30 days in a row.
- Keep a short daily record that shows you taking it, from your first capsule until the day you claim.
- Send us your claim within 90 days of delivery.
That is the whole agreement. Meet these three conditions and your refund is approved, whatever your reason for being unsatisfied.
Why we ask for a daily record
A supplement can only be judged fairly when it is taken every day. The record shows us that the product had a real chance to work for you.
It is also what allows us to refund opened bottles in full. Most brands only refund sealed ones.
Your Daily Record
One short video per day is all we need. A few seconds on your phone is enough.
Each video shows three things:
- The Vitalamp bottle, with the label readable.
- You taking that day's capsule.
- The date, spoken aloud or visible on screen.
Three rules keep the record valid:
- Start on the day you take your first capsule. Videos cannot be recorded later for earlier days.
- Record one video for every day of use, with no days missing.
- Keep the original files. Please do not edit, cut or filter them.
If a day of use or a day of recording is missing, the money back guarantee does not apply to that order. Your right to return unopened bottles and your rights under consumer law stay exactly the same.
A simple tip: set a daily reminder on your phone and save the videos in one album. It takes less than a minute a day.
How to Claim Your Refund
- Email support@vitalamp.com within 90 days of confirmed delivery.
- Include your full name, your order number and the email address used for the order.
- Tell us briefly why the product did not meet your expectations.
- Share your daily videos in one folder, using a link from Google Drive, Dropbox or a similar service.
You do not need to send anything back. Keep the bottles, opened or sealed.
The guarantee covers one claim per customer for each product.
When You Get Your Money
An approved refund is sent within 10 business days of your complete claim.
- Review, up to 7 business days. We check that your videos are complete, original and match your order.
- Decision, the same day the review ends. We email you to confirm the refund, or to explain exactly what is missing.
- Payment, up to 3 business days. We refund the full amount to the payment method you used at checkout.
Your bank may need a few extra days to show the funds. If 15 business days have passed since approval and nothing has arrived, email us and we will trace the payment.
If a claim is not approved, we tell you the exact reason. You then have 7 days to send anything that was missing, and we review it again.
Changed Your Mind? Returning Unopened Bottles
You can return any unopened bottle within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. No videos are needed.
The bottle must be:
- Unopened and unused.
- In its original sealed packaging.
- Returned with your order number.
Email support@vitalamp.com first and we will send you the return address and instructions. Please wait for our reply before shipping, because returns sent without it may not reach us. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the law in your country says otherwise.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
Email support@vitalamp.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the product and packaging. No daily record is needed for these claims.
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
- Opened or used bottles without a complete daily record.
- Claims made more than 90 days after delivery.
- Gift cards.
- Products bought from any seller other than vitalamp.com.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To switch products, return your eligible item using the steps above and place a new order.
Your Videos and Your Privacy
Your videos are used for one purpose only: checking your refund claim.
- Only the Vitalamp support team sees them.
- We never use them in advertising, reviews or social media.
- We never sell them or share them with anyone else.
- We delete them within 30 days of our final decision on your claim.
The videos only need to show you, the bottle and the capsule. You do not need to share anything else about yourself or your health.
A Note About Results
Our guarantee is a satisfaction guarantee. It is not a promise of any specific health result.
Experiences vary from person to person and depend on diet, lifestyle, health history and consistent use. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Speak to your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you take medication.
Your Legal Rights
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights. Nothing in it limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, including the Australian Consumer Law.
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, this right may not apply to sealed goods that were opened after delivery. Email support@vitalamp.com with your order number to use this right.

- Orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours.
- Delivery usually takes 5 to 14 business days, depending on your country.
- Tracking is provided for eligible orders.
Customs delays can be outside our control. If your order is late, email us and we will follow it up with the carrier for you.
